R&T ISSUES SEC PROXY CONCEPT RELEASE COMMENT LETTER

Registrar and Transfer Company has submitted a comment letter and related study on the costs of Distribution of Materials to Beneficial Holders to the SEC in response to the Proxy Concept Release. Issuers concerned with the difficulties and costs connected communicating with beneficial shareholders and declining retail voting are encouraged to review the Concept Release and submit their own comments. It is imperative that issuers comment on these matters. We welcome using any material prepared by R&T as reference sources for your comments.
R&T will NOT be holding a webinar on this topic as previously announced. However, we invite any issuer with questions on the Release or the posted SEC Comment Letter to e-mail these to Thomas Montrone at tmontrone@rtco.com.
